Katrina C was born in western Canada at the start of the 80's, falling firmly into the catagory of Xennial. From a young age she found joy in making things herself. As she matured, she eagerly sought out new skills at home, school, and even her grandparents' farm, all in the quest to discover her true passions. In the early 2000s, she relocated to the USA to begin her new family journey, bringing along her talents with a few suitcases. For the past two decades Katrina has embraced the role of a stay-at-home mom to her two now-adult children, while also being a devoted wife to her incredibly supportive husband. In her spare time, she enjoys expressing her creativity as a hobby artist. Her unique collection of items for sale reflects her passion for exploring various crafts and creating things that spark her interest.
Katrina was raised in a family filled with artisans, craftsmen, and tradesmen which naturally sparked her passion for creating with her hands. Her talent for sewing has led to a collection of handmade plushies (that her kids still refuse to part with) and the creation of many unique Halloween costumes with the occasional cosplay. There is not enough time in her days for all the things she would love to learn to do but she is quite happy when getting to try new methods and projects.
When she's not busy caring for her family or making crafts for others, she loves to unwind by playing video games with her children, reading books and fanfiction, and enjoying TV time with her husband.
About the crafts

Koreena's Creations crafts are a labor of love and need to be taken care of properly in order to get the most out of them. If you want your crafts to last, it is important that you keep them in a protected environment. This will ensure that the materials used in the craft do not degrade over time due to exposure to humidity or dust. Additionally, gentle handling is also important for maximum life of your crafts. It is important to note that these crafts are not meant for kids use as they can cause damage if not handled properly.
- The metal jewelry findings used are often silver or gold plated and were labeled to me as lead and nickel free.
- Platings can tarnish with age but can usually be cleaned up with gentle methods. Excessive rubbing with cleaning cloths and certain chemicals can wear away plating so prevention is the best step: avoid exposure to substances like sunscreen or perfumes and store them in low moisture environments (like zipped plastic bags) when not in use to keep them shiny longer.
- Plushies are for decorative use and are not meant for small children or infants as they may have small parts that could come off with rough handling. Care is always taken to make plushies secure but little kids can gnaw like beavers.
- It is not recommended to machine wash plushies; if needed please surface spot clean only with gentle methods.
Sometimes the materials chosen (mainly fabrics and beads) are ones sourced locally and are purchased in limited amounts. (I have a consumers purchasing power and a home crafters storage restrictions.) Once the supplier are sold out I am not able to stock up again and in the end this contributes to the ooak nature and limited runs of my products.
Where to buy
Goaimagine and Etsy are the main sales platform for Koreena's Creations, offering shipping across the USA and occasionally to Canada upon special request. I no longer ship internationally due to evolving postal regulations for specific countries and challenges with foreign postal systems and delivery times. My Goimagine shop is currently being developed and will feature my full assortment of finished crafts, which will exceed the more curated selection available on Etsy.
Locally I have a small table set up at Power PC in Marietta, GA with a small assortment of products. Orders can also be picked up there for local buyers, usually the next day.
I also do occasional craft shows in my local area. The larger one I do yearly is the Lassiter Craft Show in Marietta at the end of October/ early November depending on year. Mid November brings the Sprayberry Craft Show (location TBD due to school renovations). April has Dragonpalooza, the middle school event at McCleskey. New upcoming craft shows will be posted on my Facebook page.
